Return Policy:
WHAT IF I AM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase that you make from the Savannah Toolhouse. If for any reason you are not, we will be glad to issue you a credit in the same manner in which you initially paid, providing that the tool is in original unused condition.

Simply call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and then return the item with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to indicate the reason for return mark the package with return authorization number.

You will be credited in the same manner in which you were billed. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

If you have a issue with a tool that is under warranty, we will be glad to provide you with the name and address of the nearest warranty service center (in order to save you the cost of shipping the item to The Savannah Toolhouse).

Shipping Policy:
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING OR FREIGHT CHARGES?

At this time, most orders under 60lbs and over $100.00 are shipped freight prepaid within the 48 contiguous states usually via UPS OR USPS. Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturer.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories orders are shipped USPS OR UPS and the shipping charges are paid by the customer. For special shipping arrangements or to expedite your order more quickly we offer next-day and second-day shipments via UPS or USPS with the customer paying all freight charges.

Shipments are priced as follows. Free shipping applies to most shipments that are over $97.99 in total charges and the weight of the shipment is less than 60lbs. All shipments that are under $100 total have a flat rate charge of $5.99 and may be shipped via UPS or USPS AT OUR CHOICE. MOST ITEMS MUST SHIP TO A STREET ADDRESS. Some shipments over 60lbs but under 99lbs have a flat rate of $47.00 and may be shipped by either UPS or Motor Freight at our discretion. Shipments 99lbs and up have a flat rate charge of $97.00 and are shipped via UPS or Motor Freight at our discretion. UPS has a limit of 150lbs. Freight recipients are responsible for removing item(s) from truck and AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY. To avoid additional charges dock pickup is available and recommended.

GA residents must pay applicable sales tax unless proper tax exempt documentation is provided.

Directions to our store:
From I-95, take exit 109 (Port Wentworth) to GA Hwy 21 SOUTH. The Savannah Toolhouse is approximately 8 miles south, on the left side of GA 21.

From I-16, take exit number 164B onto I-516 W/US-17 N/GA-21 N toward GARDEN CITY. The Savannah Toolhouse will be on the right side approximately 3.5 miles from I-16.
